Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase from S-axis Shop.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Items without their original packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or special sale offers (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your Order Number along with clear photos of the product.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 Business Days. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange

Eligible products may also be exchanged based on stock availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
